. What is your refund policy?

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for products that are damaged or defective, subject to validation upon investigation. Ziyaad&Quanita_Designs does not dispatch defective or damaged goods. If you receive an item in a damaged state, it will be investigated, and a refund will be provided if the claim is found valid.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after investigation.
  • How to Request: Contact us via WhatsApp (061 538 4657) or email (zqdesigns15@gmail.com) to initiate a refund.
  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Refunds are not granted for items that are no longer wanted or if the customer has changed their mind.
  • Apparel Exchanges: If apparel does not fit, please contact us. Courier charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Custom Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds.

2. How long do orders take to arrive?

  • Order Processing: Items in stock are packaged promptly. Out-of-stock items are produced before dispatch.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Apparel: 3–5 business days
    • Wall Art & Home Decorations: 5–7 business days
  • Delays: You will be notified of any delays, which may occur due to stock availability or busy periods (e.g., Ramadan, December).
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is confirmed. Track shipments via The Courier Guy.
  • Urgent Orders: For urgent requests, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email. For collection orders, location details will be provided when ready.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping rates apply. Larger items may incur different rates due to size variations.

3. Do you offer custom work or requests?

  • Yes. For custom t-shirts, engraving, or personalization requests, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • No. Only damaged items will be replaced or refunded upon investigation
